Areas of Practice
Brenda's practice includes organizing and advising professional and closely-held business corporations, condominium associations, limited liability companies, general partnerships and limited partnerships. Since 1996, she also has focused her practice on representing and advising health care providers in corporate matters, medical practice acquisitions and mergers, third party payor reimbursement, corporate restructuring, fraud and abuse, HIPAA and Stark issues. Brenda also handles real estate transactions, including the negotiation and preparation of purchase, sale and lease agreements and condominium documents.

Brenda Abrams received a Certificate in Arts and Aesthetics from the Barnes Foundation in 2011, and has been a docent for the Barnes Foundation since March, 2011. She volunteers for the Philadelphia Volunteer Lawyers for the Arts, is a member of the Executive Board of Allens Lane Art Center, and represents architects and artists in their business activities.
